16 Tadpoles

We went to Midlothian to spend the day with Dude & Mimi.  The boys were very excited about hunting for crawdads.  Instead of finding those we found tadpoles.  Looking at them quickly turned into catching them which quickly turned into putting them in a container to take home.  In the end, we caught 16 tadpoles and took them home in a plastic container.  The boys had a great time but this is just the beginning of the story!

Yes, you know what happens next. 

Liam is already in the creek.  And Jax fell in, look how wet he is behind Liam. 

Liam quickly realized that the muddier the water the better for catching tadpoles.  They have to come up for air and put themselves in the perfect capturing position.

This is so much fun!
