Work

Liam and I ate lunch together today.  (Brent was already watching football and Jax was napping.)  We had a very enlightening conversation.

"Mommy, what happens when you don't go to work?"

"I don't get paid, Liam."

"Well, then you need to go to work, mommy. We need money."

"Liam, what do we need money for?"

"So we can go to restaurants."

"Anything else?"

"Yes, you need to buy us apple juice."

"Okay," I replied.

"And apples.  You need to buy us apples."
