Dude gave us some shoots of of his passion vine. We didn't have any blooms this year but some caterpillars have decided to call it home. We noticed them about a week ago. The next thing we noticed were cocoons. Then, we found a new caterpillar who was stretching its wings.
The butterfly was transferred by stick to the plant with the purple flowers.
I never noticed nature the way my boys, especially Liam, do. They have given me a whole new appreciation for what is right in our own backyard. All I have to do is slow down and look.
